The Artist to Educator Programme is a professional training course designed to help beauty, PMU, nail, and hair professionals transition into qualified educators. It combines accredited teaching with real-world business guidance so you can create, launch, and deliver your own training courses confidently. 

This programme is for experienced artists and professionals who want to start teaching their craft — whether that’s lashes, brows, nails, PMU, hair, massage or other beauty services. If you’ve been thinking about sharing your skills and running your own accredited courses, this is for you. 

No! This course is designed for first-time educators. You’ll learn everything you need to feel confident teaching others — from structuring lessons to understanding different learning styles. Everything is explained clearly and broken down into manageable steps. You’ll be supported throughout the whole process.

Yes — the teaching qualification included (Level 3 AET) is regulated by Ofqual and recognised nationally. You’ll be gaining a legitimate, professional teaching certificate that meets industry standards. Once completed, you’ll be able to deliver accredited courses through awarding bodies (if you choose to). 

Yes — we’ll guide you through getting your own courses accredited, writing your manuals, and preparing everything you need to run your own training academy or add education to your beauty business. 

You can teach any subject you’re qualified and experienced in. That could be brow training, PMU, nail courses, lashes, hair extensions — anything within your skillset. The course gives you the tools to turn your knowledge into a professional training offer. 

The in person training is 2 days. 

Then you will go off and start to create your course. You can learn at your own pace around your current business or job. So the time scale to have your courses launched is entirely up to you! But you can be qualified and teaching within 1 month.

This is a 2 day in person training course with 6 week mentorship programme guiding you through every step of the process. 

You’ll get access to expert guidance throughout, including live support, templates, and feedback on your teaching session. You’ll also be invited into our private community of educators for ongoing support.

You’ll learn:

 • How to write lesson plans and assessments

 • How to teach different types of learners

 • How to assess students fairly and legally

 • How to get your own courses accredited

You’ll receive the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) — a recognised teaching qualification for adult education and training. This is the first step to becoming a qualified educator in your industry.
